RV maufacturer Newmar Corp., has announced it is will now service all makes of recreational vehicles, regardless of the brand or type of coach.
In a press release, the Nappanee, Indiana-based manufacturer of Class A motorhomes and fifth wheel trailers said it is committed to providing the best service support in the industry. Now, at its full service facility in Nappanee, service work is being offered to RV owners who own products that made by other companies, where either the manufacturer went out of business or no longer provides factory service support.
“Newmar is pleased to provide this service to RV owners that own non-Newmar coaches,” said Matt Utley, Newmar’s vice president of service operations. “As expressed by our treasured customers, the Newmar Service Center has a fine reputation of customer satisfaction. We are confident that our level of service expertise will be an added benefit to customers of other brands.”
Newmar’s Service Department service reputation earned them a Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) score of 94 percent for warranty work it completed in 2008. The CSI score is calculated in a pre-determined percentile based on results from customer surveys.
“Once exposed to the Newmar service experience, we are convinced that other RV-brand owners will want to join the Newmar family and we will welcome them with open arms,” said Utley.
Services offered by Newmar’s Service Department include, but are not limited too, insurance repairs, electronic upgrades, and carpet/flooring replacement.
